Felicia is the Founder & CEO of IFAN member Spring Community Hub a local and inspiring charity which aims to work alongside people in Southwark to help them escape food poverty, build confidence and find community. Felicia has gained a wealth of experience by working one to one with service users having undertaken operational leadership roles within various charitable settings. She is also the Chair of Trustees of the Havering BME Forum and a Trustee and Director of You & Me Counselling Services.
